Spawn the codex subagent. Scope via review scope: (see ../references/common.md for transport).

• review scope: --base main | --commit <sha> | --uncommitted | (no scope = plain task "review files X, Y")

• Focus/format inside block: file:line — 🔴|🟡|🔵 — problem — fix.
